LEAD DITCH MAN – PIPE LAYER

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Pipelayer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience safely installing utilities for sewer, storm, and water, calculating pipe percentages, determining safe pipe laying practices, and trench safety.

Responsibilities

  • Lay pipe for storm or sanitation sewers, drains, and water mains.
  • Align and position pipes according to specs.
  • Dig trenches using hand tools or power equipment.
  • Install and repair underground pipelines.
  • Assist in grading and leveling trenches.
  • Work within safety guidelines.

Requirements

3+ years’ experience in pipe-laying and related construction work is required.

Knowledge of power tools commonly used in construction.

Ability to work efficiently and safely in various weather conditions.

Job Type

  • Full Time

Expected Hours

  • 50 hours per week
